Your car can be parked inside the estate. Your bikes and sport equipment can be safely stored in a closed room.
The apartments differ a bit one from the others. Apartments Maria and Domenico have got 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds or bunk beds; large wardrobe and so on. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and WC. The living room of apartment Maria has got integrated kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, table with chairs, a comfortable sofa, TV; in Apartment Domenico the living room has got integrated kitchen with table and chairs, double bed sofa, TV, smart kitchen with cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer. In apartment Nido there is a bedroom with double bed, a living room with integrated kitchen with cooker, oven, refrigerator and freezer, terrace with small private garden.
The bathroom has got shower, WC, bidet and washing machine.
The apartments are placed on the ground floor and their terraces or small garden are placed directly in front of them.
The comfortable terraces have got table and chairs and invite you to have lunch outside. All the apartments have got heating and can be rented in winter too.
In apartment Domenico pay attention that the entrance is through a staircase.
The residence is placed in the outskirts of the town, but the town centre can be easily reached on foot. Here you find several restaurants, coffee houses and shops. Near the apartments there is a food shop, a baker’s, a butcher’s, a greengrocer’s and a news stand. Some beaches can be reached on foot from the residence. With hot weather, however, we suggest you to take the car or a bike. A bike rental is placed directly in front of the residence.
The towns of Salò and Desenzano are only few minutes by car; the towns of Brescia and Verona are easily reachable too. The district of Valtenesi, where Manerba is placed, is well known for its very well groomed and beautiful cycling lanes and for its picturesque and romantic small medieval burgs. Any tourist finds here its perfect place: the sportive one and the passionate for culture and history.
